When you build your home with us, you can choose from a wide variety of plans.
Customise one of our 30 plans, use your own original plan or even start new with us in house. At Affordable Homes your preferences are no problem – we offer no obligation consultations inclusive of any in house plan designs.
Reality Series
Range in size from 130m² to 228m² – our Reality Series include homes that vary in size and number of bedrooms and are designed with open plan living in mind. 8 out of 9 of our Reality Series homes also include a walk in wardrobe and ensuite.
Affordable Series
Range in size from 72m² to 102m² – we have 7 Affordable Series homes to choose from including multiple 2 bedroom options.
Today Series
Range in size from 99m² to 149m² – featuring 9 superb brick and tile homes, this series is designed with comfortable, relaxed living and entertainment in mind. Rural and urban options are both available.
Millennium Series
Range in size from 130m² to 174m² – our designers have created openness and freedom by limiting wasted space and maximising living areas. This series has a heavy focus on both family and formal settings.
Vision Series
Range in size from 133m² to 206m² – 5 unique home designs appropriate for the needs of a New Zealand family.
